I know firsthand how frustrating and discouraging the job search can be. Despite having a strong professional background, valuable skills, and a great work ethic, I applied to over 50 jobs without success. It was an eye-opening experience—I realized that many talented Hondurans and Latin Americans are being overlooked, not because they lack talent, but because they lack access to the right opportunities.
